Unable to research dog house
I am prety late in the game to get the DLCs. Anyways, I am doing the Underfoot hospital where the Barking Mad illness is. For some reason, I already have a research room but unable to research the dog house to unlock it. Help!

bit late. but if youre still having trouble. make sure you have a doctor trained in research qualification

You can't research the doghouse until you do the stage objective as the Bigfoot Foundation won't give you the technology until you do their objective: Complete a marketing campaign and hire three janitors.
