Other than that and in the campaign you have to play slow and keep the hospital level low by building only the minimum rooms, recruiting only when necessary and keep training/upgrading machines. That way no more than 4 GP should be required.
Thanks for the ideas. I'll try them out, but I still hope for the general gameplay (as new players) these situations won't always have to be played out like that.
I love everything else about the game so far though, that's really my only issue.
As Freia said, go to the overview and click on the policy tab, there you can tick "Fast-Track Treatment Decision". This means once a diagnoses room has diagnosed a patients condition to a certain percent or higher (this percentage can be changed with a slider bar that is also in the policy tab), the member of staff in that room will send the patient directly to the treatment room, skipping the need to go back to a GP's office, hugely reducing the ques for GP's offices.
You can unlock new items with kudosh and a few more items through the superbug projects to put in GPs offices (and other rooms). So you can level up rooms without having to spam the same item.
It is worth noting that a higher level room does nothing other than level up your hospital and making the staff inside happier, so higher level GP's office means nothing other than more patients in the que and a happier doctor (happier is not faster, sadly). It might be worth leveling DOWN some rooms or possibly even removing them all together. If you have 3 training rooms just to power through training all your staff quickly, it's worth removing them when not in use (if you can afford it).
I own it on the Switch.
