We need zombies

we need to be able to build guards that patrol during a zombie epidemic. patients turn into zombies if not cured , they destroy objects and infect others unless a guard shoots them. let us set patrols as well. this game needs to get dark - its too cartoony right now and easy

we need blood . zombies . a possible alien invasion. nazis. soviets. tooth decay, etc

also maybe a scenario where the president comes in for treatment and terrorist attack your hospital. maybe they roll in with a APC and soldiers pop out -

so were going to need to be able to build some turrets and other defences (sand bags, etc)

and also allow us to tame animals and hunt. maintaining a social fabric should be a priority in this post nuclear world survival game genre

perhaps a lake to fish from.

Actually, there is another gamr from this developer that comes out soon, its called fallout 76. It has everything you ask for here, you might want to check it out

Ah leave him to dream lads, I would like the dead to be wandering and a staff member with a cert skill can capture or kill them. We could then bring them to a diag room to test them to see how the outbreak happened.

I could see the wandering zombies thing as a theme for a level, not this original troll post idea though. a disease that makes them attack other patients, so your challenge is to keep lines short or treat those patients with minimal exposure to the main population, an exercise in trying to isolate them. To keep it cutesy make them MJ thriller zombies who like, dance attack you to spread the infection. Treatment is a dance studio or something.
