Extinguish burning Lava Stones?

First of all, sorry for my english, it´s not my native language. Maybe that is the reason, why I didn´t found anything via search-function...
So, i´m in the level with the first lava stones falling from the sky. Now they are lying around and my Caretakers abandon every work because they want to exstinguish the burning stone. Now, even when I place a Fireextinguisher directly beneath it, they won´t take it and extinguish the fire, but in Job Tab they are allowed to.... That is annoying, because they don´t do anything else as long as this little rock is burning or I forbit fire extinguishing.... I would be very glad to get some hints! Thanks fellow scrubs!

This is my next level, but I'm waiting for the patch to drop.

Fixed fire extinguishers not being initialised correctly and Janitors behaving a bit strange with fires in corridors.
Fixed Janitors not properly completing fire jobs.

Hopefully those fixes will sort it out.

You can grab the janitor and manually make them put out the fire by clicking them on the fire itself in some cases, but it would be nice if there was a much higher priority for them to do this themselves.

It's a bug.

Close the game and restart, they will then pick up the fire extinguishers and put them out. Then clean them up after.

Sadly you just have to restart when this happens, the AI craps out.

You may need more janitors. During that time when the lava stones fall the machines are also damaged as well as the air con units. Your janitors may simply be too busy working on something else to get to the lava stones.

I have a similar problem I think. But they are not maintaining anything.
I'll restart to find out but just wanted to know if the air con units count under the wrench icon (maintainence) rather than anything else. If so I have loads of repairers.

Thanks! They got their act together after the restart, it's strange that bug happens though...

Also, I ended up employed more, I had 12 repairers in the end.

Just got the GOAT :)
