Sell cafeteria, lock toilets to staff only.
Then check every npc and send them for threathment.
I imagine you have done all the training with your GPs? General Practice IV + motivation or stamnia.
Then priortise those rooms along with your cure rooms. Make sure you have upgraded your janitors and have lots of them with Maintainence IV + Motivation or ghost. As they will take the brunt of the priority feature.
Of course you need to assign your GPs just to do General Practicing. And have specific treatment doctors and nurses.
Yes you do get 300+ patients but it's do-able.
All about training and planning this game.
Get rid of the waste of space cafe too. Vending machines are way better and more expensive for the patient (less for you to build)
ps. You need more toilets and benches in that building too. You can just have toilets, no need for sinks. Just put hand sanitisers around the place.
Why this isn't as viable as you think for HOURS.
♥♥♥♥ doctors need more training.
Doctors you train are taken out of the equation for a long time, causing further pileups.
Doctors you train are *not* guaranteed to do their jobs in appropriate rooms. IE My Psych 4 dude was in the GP's office, causing EVEN MORE pileups because the good ones were on break.
These things should be fixed before people can be reasonably expected to minmax just to play the game.
You can adjust their roles by the clipboard in the staff list and assign them specific jobs.
You don't take them out, you hire ones to replace them whilst training them up or the new ones you hire with the cheap+potential perk train them up even before releasing them. So your costs will be high for about a year but you will get that back by the amount of money coming in..
Especially if you put your diagnostic GP prices up to 700. This will also limit the patients coming in after awhile.
You can definitely min/max the game, as I do it lol.
The problem is that you still have patients dying because the AI makes them not take care of their needs and then waste a huge amount of time at the worst moment making them eventually die now and then of health depletion and there's pretty much nothing you can do about it.
You rarely get over 200 patients at that level by the way. It's mostly around 150 patients depending on the level, some go as high as 200 at that level but nothing any close to 300.
"Assign". Cool. How? Where? I've looked. I click rooms , it says Doctor : Required if nobody is in it, and it pulls a random one it wants when there is nobody there.
You aren't *seriously* expecting me to keep manually dropping 5+ doctors into their appropriate rooms every 25 seconds, are you?
It helps to know this. Nowhere is this mentioned and I will start MELT DOWNS with this in mind. Yeah.
Edit : Whoops. Forgot to thank you properly. Thank you!
