unlock coffee machine

i cant seem too find it so i can unluck it with my kudosh points. i am like 5 hospitals in right now

I don't think you need kudosh to build it; you can only build it in certain rooms so click like a staff room for instance then click item on the right side of the screen to see the specific room items. Staff reception gp room can build it maybe more

did you check under room specific items?
like for example..
click on GP room. then click the 'items' button for GP room.

somewhere in that list will be your coffee machine, among other things.
