Cash Reputation bug?
Greetings,
i don´t know if it is just me, but as soon as i´m increasing my cash for all of my treatments ( like +50 % price ) -> my cash reputation is going down, so far so good...makes sense to me...
But as soon as i´m decreasing my cash for the treatments ( like -50 % price ) -> my cash reputation is not going up again, it still remains on 0%. So the cash reputation that is lost, while using + prices, is going to get lost for the whole hospital progress/mission. This doesn´t make sense at all.

Nah, not really. It´s been tested over 3 years ingame time.

I have the same issue. It's not about time. It never comes increases after the raise. I did this early on and my price reputation was 12%, then I had to raise it again because I was in need of more money and it dropped to zero. Later on in the game after I got on my feet, I returned the prices back to normal, the price reputation remained at zero, even after several years have passed.
My hospital reputation is 99 and my price reputation is zero.
Bug.

You have to go into -% to get your money reputation back up, setting them back to default provides neither + or - in reputation, I set mine to -30% and it quickly shot back up, not sure why yours isn't going back up if you are setting them at -50% but worked fine each time for myself?

it does. i had this happen in one of my games where my cash reputation hit 0%. luckily i had quite a bit of money so i could accept some losses in profit. dont worry if you just stick with the negative value it will rise. the higher negative value you can apply the faster it will rise. however, when it happened to me i had it set to -50% and that still took a while before patients liked my pricing again.

i suggest once you get it going, the let it build up to where they are happy. then hit the reset to default values which will set everything to 0%. if your hosipital is doing good to begin with you should be pulling in plenty of money even at 0%.

setting prices to -50% for about 6-12 months worked for me

the longer you put your prices up, the longer it takes for them to even become neutral again.
so if you did 100% increase in prices for a year, it will take 100% decrease in prices for a year to make it neutral. A further year to make it 100% reputation prices again.
