Zero congestion, Guaranteed 3 star all levels, best GP layout.
I finally figured out how to break this game.
This is what you are supposed to do:
You are supposed to have only 2 to 3 GP rooms spammed with medical cabinets. (200+ of them, you can start with 50 cabinets but as you start to fail 100% diag, add more cabinets.)
NO diag rooms needed at all.
Patients instant diag to cure room, and generate money.
Zero hospital congestion.
Zero GP queue.

Link2: whole hospital view. I have almost all cure rooms with no diag rooms, zero congestion. Very positive cash flow. As you can see, I didn't even use half of the hospital.

Btw you can spam cabinets for surgery room as well, for 100% no death surgery.
You can also do this to psy room, but it's not recommended (very low value in return).

Update: This is just before getting 3 star on Blighton.
Zero congestion, 4GP offices only. 2M cash. 5 researchers finishing all researches + only 14 other doctors. All cure rooms built.

Also, some micro suggstions to help with the GP issues:

1. You do not want any lazy, thirsty or hungry trait doctor in GP offices. They'll play games on their computer, sleep, wander, eat and drink all day.
2. You do not want ANY cafe or gift shop in your hospital. Any patient in queue for these facilities, if happen to be in the front of the queue when called into GP offices, will walk ALLLLLLLL the way there and block the queue for an incredibly long time. For the same reason, build other diag rooms / restrooms as close as possible. (With my setup above, patients would be out of here in no time, don't need to provide food or restrooms)
3. For the same reason, you do NOT want any chairs outside GP offices. Let them form a line (if there's even one). They'll wait just outside, as close as possible. Getting up from some chair even 5 meters away and walk animation the queue to a even greater length is a complete disaster.
4. You do not want any doctors in GP offcies to be tired and goes on leave automatically. You'll want to replace them manually before they get to that point. Once a doctor is on leave, another one will be called into the office from probably far away in the staff room, and he/she has to walk a long way while your office is on hold, creating queues in between doctor replacements.

Final level just before hitting 3 star:
7 GP offices. Absolutely zero queue. All cure rooms built, no diag rooms built.

For those who are failing my method. Make sure you remove ALL vending machines, cafe, benches. Make sure your doctor does not have lazy trait. You may need to go beyond 2-3 GPs depending on your level (for example, if you heavily marketed, the incoming rate may be greater than number of GP offices. Obviously you can't break physical limits.) Just watch what the patients are doing. As long as most of the patients are instant diaged, goes straight to cure room, you are good. If you still jam when the patients are flowing directly to cure rooms, it means you really need to add another GP office. You can also observe the rough incoming rate at your reception and act accordingly.

today i posted a support ticket to sega about the GP office queue's issue, but can you tell me:
does it really works????10k per server and +1% diag per server so 1.000.000$ per GP office? damn

It's 1000 per cabinet. End game GP offices should cost somewhere 200k.

It works.
You need to understand one thing: failing diag is the worst thing in this game. You can NEVER make money from GP offices, no matter how many you built. NO doctor can earn back what you spend on them when you put them in GP offices. Failing a diag means it will go to other diag rooms and back to GP again, to congest the pipeline. This method essentially circumvents GP offices and get patients directly to cure, which is the places you can actually make a profit.

It's not server. It does look like one. It's the "medical cabinet" item I'm talking about. You need to unlock it with K currency.

Effective but, damn that's one ugly hospital :) I'd end up missed some of the diag rooms.

I think what you've done is really cool and I've no doubt it works, but you most certainly can make money on GP offices. Also <100% treatment also allows for expensive diagnosis rooms. At +100% prices you can pick up 10k - 15k per patient on a simple GP > Mega scan > GP route through the hospital, and if you do the same thing of picking up diagnostic skill via cabinets instead of doctor promotions you pay only about 1k per month for a low rank doctor, who will see several patients per month.

I wonder how many cabinets are actually needed for this to be effective. One cabinet gives 1% diag skill. So I assume 100 cabinets or maybe even a little fewer, would get the job done just fine withot any failures in the first go.
