Self sustaining rainwater and food problem - Off the Grid DLC
The tomatoes, carrots and lemons as well as the rainwater are labeled "self sustaining" but I always get a sign above that items that they are low and have to be refilled (?) again.

I don't know what to do.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

They're "self sustaining" because a janitor doesn't (can't) refill them, they grow/gather/fill themselves.
