Are you looking for tips on the best hospital to get that trait? Or how to get staff up to that skill level?

Because getting it just requires a dedicated surgery center and some patience. Marketing for surgery diseases will boost customers of that type. Other than that, have enough doctors and nurses ready to cycle so they can work until they get too tired and another one will step in.

I got the Psychiatry V and Research V in Milton (the college one with the huge space and no trained medical staff).

Surgeons get experience way too slowly, even with constant lines. I've never had a surgeon reach level 5, and barely any have reached level 4.

doctors gain experience by working in rooms. it doesnt matter what room they work in. you can have your surgeons work in the GP office and level up.

I recommend letting your surgeons work in a GP's office. They get 5 XP per treatment/diagnosis, and the rate at which they get it is much higher. The animation in surgery is way too slow, and you only get a measly 1 XP per successful surgery. It's a shame that you don't get more.

Thanks for the tip. Really surprised that the XP gain is so weak when they work with surgery.
