As for your question, HassoCZ, I can't be sure, their minimum requirements have been proved flexible. You might get a decent experience with everything low, and the games doesn't look bad at all in low settings actually (especially on a 13" screen I guess).
What you can do though, is to buy the game, run it, and within the 2 hours following your purchase, ask Steam for a refund because the game doesn't run ok on your computer. It seems to be a reliable procedure (although I've never used it myself).
Please make sure to give us your feedback to help other people in the same situation 🙂
Actually, i can't.
With a total of less than 3% market share it does not seem to be worth it.
But then again, they also added Denuvo, so i guess taking them serious as far as finances is not an easy sell. ;-)
Regarding the Macbook in particular. It's definitely on the lower end of the system requirements and maybe even slightly below it. Don't expect an amazing performance but the game should run.
My AMD Phenom II X4 945 does surprisingly well in this game. Although i do get lower FPS when there are may patients in my hospital.
