Only English audio?

I was almost buying this, because I liked Theme Hospital very much. Theme Hospital was also great, because it was completly (text and audio) in multiply languages, including German.

Now I see that Two Point Hospital has only English audio. Well, I think this is bad to get into the real hospital feeling. If this limitation is real, I keep playing Theme Hospital, which looks still nice and runs great on Windows 10 in Full HD using a free mod.

Not trying to troll but...why do you need german text and audio?

At least to me playing games in my native language just feels wrong/off

Then again, I learned english through games way way back.

I play many games with English audio and watch some TV series in English language. But I liked the German voice over in Theme Hospital. Just my opinion. Since I can still play Theme Hospital in full hd and free camera zooming / rotating, I can continue playing the old game.

Sure they could add voice over for various common languages, but that would double the price of the game, voice actors are not cheap, nor are translators.

Flip side maybe you get lucky with modders

As was already said, it would double the price. If you're lucky (and prepared to do the work) do a translation and submit it to them. Many companies have added community translations to the games
