Project hospital I found a lot more indepth and has a lot more to offer with the future workshop support
these are just my opinions!! dont lynch me..
Two Point Hospital has a sense of humor and whimsy to it. It's kind of "Baby's First Sim", if you will. Hardcore simulation gamers find it too easy and tend to not like the silliness.
But that's why I love it so much! Project Hospital is just too dry for me, personally, and as a casual gamer, it doesn't hold my interest. But Steam tells me I've put in 500+ hours into "Two Point Hospital" thus far, and I haven't even touched the last five hospitals because I keep refining my builds.
Those are my thoughts.
