Why is my cure rate so low?
I have many doctors and nurses, most trained very well with treatment 3, diagnosis 3, surgery 3, etc. and yet, it seems like it takes a long time for patients to get processed, and the cure rate is very low. After waiting something like half an hour real time, my hospital shows only 25% cure rate out of only 20 patients seen. The majority of patients storm out because they're tired of waiting even though I have tons of rooms, doctors, and nurses.

Could be several things.
How many volunteers do you have? Keep several people available at reception.
Also, make sure you have lots of vending machines, book cases, magazines, art, ANYTHING to keep them from getting bored. A bored patient will storm out very fast.

If Agatha Sphere, CEO of the ORB Foundation visits, everyone she talks to will become "brainwashed" and will rage quit even though they haven't been there long. I follow her around and send people home when they become brainwashed and pick up staff she tries to talk to. Other than that, cutting diagnosis time really helps. Sounds like you already have people trained. Make sure lines don't get too long; build another whatever when the line reaches 6 if possible. I also set the diagnosis limit to around 85% so people don't visit the GP again. I send home patients that have low health. I add items that improve diagnosis/treatment where ever I can such as the Weighing Machine (not the Scale), Medicine Cabinets, Monitors, etc.

How do you set the diagnosis limit and what is the weighing machine?

The Weighing Machine is from the Retro Items Pack: https://two-point-hospital.fandom.com/wiki/Weighing_Machine

To change the Diagnosis Threshold, go to Finance > Overview > Policy. Move the slider for Diagnosis Threshold. Keep in mind that the lower it is, the greater chance you have of sending patients for the wrong treatment. I usually set mine to 80-85. Then check Fast-Track Treatment so people don't return to the GP once their diagnosis reaches the % you choose.

Thanks mate, i really appreciate it.
I didn't know this was in the game. I was really struggling with either gp offices bottleneck, or having to constantly manually send diagnosed patients to treatment rooms.
Much appreciated.

While GP bottlenecks are "normal," poor layout will make them much worse. Are patients wasting time going to distant loos or cafes? Are your staff unable to recover needs promptly in a nearby staff room? Is there some other factor causing patients to ragequit prematurely, like the temperature or lack of food? Wherever your queues are is where you need to focus attention.
