Making less rooms because real hospital dont have so many different types of rooms for treating diseases. Real hospital is mainly surgery, ward, xray, general diagnostics, room where they put cast for fractured limbs. And hmm what else?
BTW there is game that have realistic approach for hospital activities. Project Hospital. Check it out if you did not see it yet.
Project Hospital
You may also have a look at Hospitalize game, which is available in early access.
There are two other games "hospital sims" coming out soon and they are both "realistic" I think its fine this one is not!
Two Point doesn't need a realistic mode, this would defeat the purpose of making it a sequel to Theme Hospital.
For what you want have a look at project hospital

Me, I agree with her, but I'll buy Project Hospital as well if it's any good.
seriously; there is no need for this magnificent title to have "ascending aortic aneurysm" "roux en y bypass" "hiatus hernias" "bilateral inguinal hernia" or the curing of a mass syphillis outbreak.
let the game be a game.
