Skills question
Hi!

I need help, can someone tell me each skill to which room corresponds? I know some of them, such as, for example, the ability to diagnose is better for diagnostic rooms, but a room may need a staff with several skills, right?

It's in the description of the rooms ... literally. it says if it needs a doctor with treatment, or a nurse with diagnostics etc.

The real question is if anything except core skills are useful.
What's the point of emotional skill for more hapiness, when we get full hapiness automatic in end game anyway?

Then there are skill like motivation that make your staff run faster. Only good idea for janitors which are running all the time, but could even see a small benefit for other staff going to/from staff room or breaks, but hardly good enough to trump a core skill slot.

A room like DNA lab needs doctor, and benefits from both diagnostic and treatment skill since the room is used for both - much like psych ward.

But psych skill 2 and above, already give you treatment AND diagnostic boost. so dont need other skills there. Same goes for Ward. Just read the descriptions of the skills.
Only rooms I can think of that could benefit from mixed skills on staff:

DNA Room - You can get a doctor with DNA skill + 2 Treatment/2Diagnostic or more points in Treatment

X-ray/MEGA scan rooms - You want the MEGA scan skill (which works with both xray and mega scan) and the rest of the points in diagnostics

Rooms that have skills that go to 5 (Ward, Psych, GP, etc) I usually do all 5 points or 4 points in that skill + stamina training or something.

Pharmacy/Injection skills aren't strictly necessary. Nurses with pure treatment can handle those rooms + all the other treatment rooms that need nurses. I've used Pharmacy/Injection skill a few times, though, making a Pharmacy or Injection room only nurse by having that skill +a bunch of points in treatment.
As the other two dudes here pointed out, you basically never need staff with multiple skills for any specific rooms, EXCEPT for the DNA room. Which may just change "soon" as well, on that note. Besides, even with the DNA room, I'd suggest going with DNA skill + Treatment I-IV. Because really... treatment skill > diagnosis skill, any day.
