Can't sign in to the official website!

I want the golden loo pre-order bonus. According to Blarla All you have to do is sign up to the newsletter on the site,
The only way you can sign in, is to use you Steam login.
I tought I was going mad when it said my details were wrong, so, I changed my Steam pasword just to make sure...
Again wrong Steam login details!!!
I even logged out of Stean (Desktop app) and verified the details and new password was ok.
It was fine, so all I can do is assume SEGA have screwed something up with the website!

Anyone else had this problem?

Try signing into steam store website first https://store.steampowered.com/, then check if you have any ad/script blockers interfering and finally use a different browser. E.g Firefox , chrome or windows edge...

Also you don't seem to own the game on steam yet (no mouse icon next to username). Not sure if that factor in the sign up process.

so if you sign in with your steam account on there website you get the golden toilets to,or must you sign in with your email/hotmail account.

Sign in to Steam webpage - Then Sign in to th Two Point Hospital website, press "Sing in with my Steam account."
It should work.

Works for me!

On their website when u click login there is only the option to sign in thru steam.

You dont have to pre-order the game to get it, just sign up on the website. Says it quite clearly in the second video
