stuck at the level : public hospital and no recipes

I'm looking for tips to complete this level, even one star. I'm bankrupt despite the monitoring of public goals...

Build very slowly but build a training room, marketing and a research lab immediately! Lots of the Public Challenges are about training, marketing and research, also dont upgrade your machines too quickly as they too form some of the early challenges. Each challenge gives you a minimum of $50k - so a marketing challenge gives you 40k profit straight away, training can often be done for free if you have the right staff and the first upgrade on any machine is only 10k - again 40k profit.

Also keep researching the 20k option - 19k profit every time.

I found it frustrating but got there after taking my time got all 3 stars.

Just do everything for public in the missions, do not overbuild at first, take out a loan when you are ready to build a new room and take out a bigger loan when you buy a plot and add a new room. I usually run the first two loans when I need to but use that money to build something that will generate money.

Main thing is to do all Public missions as fast as you can.

I guess you haven't see the "Water the Plants mission" yet.

What's so hard in doing that? Just send a janitor to one, have a patient buy one thing, send the janitor again and so on.

The plants and the vending machine tasks are easy money - it is literally a free 50k! As is the 'Capture 1 Ghost' challenge. You can rack up money in minutes if you call janitors to the machines/plants.

uff i hope you are on duckworth upon . This lvl its hard i cant finish this map with 3 starts its impislbe if you want to make money you need to make investigation and make all time the 20.000$ every time. to win some time i go to other hospital and firts of all i investigate the new rooms them i come back and do this..

Its very hard and like i say for me imposible make 3 starts

That level actually is easy as hell but boring as ....

You get lots of public money. Each star 1 more actually. I ended that hospital with over 5 million in funds ....

1. As said build Training, Marketing and Research.
2. Send patients home ... no need for those buggers as they don't pay ;) actually later on you need them to complete the stars but in the beginning feel free to boot them untill you get the funds to use more staff
3. If you need to clear toilets or fill vending machines just assign those tasks manually by clicking on the machines. I even placed them close to each other.
4. Monobiests are sometimes needed. Just lift the furniture in main hall near entrance. I always found some there.
5. Great things are 60% rating for beeing nice and 80% heat rating. Just hover at the border, when the task comes build a plant or heater and reach the goal and immediately sell the item again so the task is free again ;)

You can tell a janitor to restock any machine that's had at least one person take a drink. Extremely easy if not tedious challenge. Just like the plant watering one. Can tell them to water any plant the instant the bar drops even slightly.

Andragon has already given most of the tips I would give for passing this level. Personally I was just removing any public challenges I couldn't do quickly and taking the -10 rep hit. It was easy to make that rep back up by having an attractive hospital and getting visitors to come.

IMO it was more important to always have 2 public tasks going that I could quickly do rather than ones that take time. I didn't even bother building research until I already had 2 stars and just cancelled those ones out in favor of quicker ones that allowed me to focus on only having essential rooms and staff. For the new rooms I needed to research I just returned to my excellent research facility at Smogley until they were ready to go.

Yep. And rep was easy to get back on this hospital with all the celebs, VIP's, and mayor visit events they were throwing at me. Just needed to keep the hospital looking somewhat decent so they'd give a good review.

It's also super free money to do as Andragon said and keep your thermal comfort level hovering just below 80% at all times. You'll get public tasks to increase your thermal comfort to 80%. Slap down a radiator, collect your free 70k, then delete it again.

In addition to what everyone else has said, what really helped for me was changing my mindset about diagnosing/curing patients. It's not actually a requirement for cash flow. Send everybody home. IDGAF. The only problem I have in this game is LOWERING reputation, not raising it. I could be running a haunted plague town with zombies up to their knees in piss and withered plants and still have max rep, so skipping tasks for a rep hit is not even a negative at all.

Three-starring it was ridiculously easy once I finished all research in a different map. At that point research-related tasks just became "gain 200 RP" which my one multi-tasking researcher/treatment doc could knock out between other jobs while generating cash. Skip the assigments that require you to build rooms and focus on the easy ones (plants, vending machines, ghost capture, reasearch points) and build rooms when you're good and ready. Again, curing patients is not important at first.

A lot of challenges are also research, do the $$$ research, gives you extra cash from the research as for completing the task. :D

the only real thing i had a problem with popping up constantly were the staff challenges. they were like 'i want you to earn $100,000'. then i look.. and consider it. nope. nothing close to finishing. later it turns into 'i want you to earn $400,000!!!'.

i mean really.

..but otherwise. i mean duckworth was easy. i never ran out of money. 3 star first try. i even built a big super computer research lab when it asked me to do research! still didnt run out of money.
