Blue Arrow on green cross symbol?
Hey there. Maybe i am missing something very obvious but... Among the icons floating above a room (queue too long, staff needed etc.) is one that shows a blue arrow pointing on a green cross.
I can't seem to figure out what this should tell me.
Any of you got an idea?

I occasionally see it briefly hover over the lectern in a training room when a training session completes, but I don't know what it stands for. I haven't seen it anywhere else yet (I'm only on my 3rd or 4th hospital)

These are actually 2 different symbols. The one in the training room points downwards while the ones over the GPs point from left to right. I don't know the meaning of either one though.

If it is above a non training room it means you've made the room a high priority room in the rooms Setting UI

The one on the training room means that the trainees are currently learning what the symbol stands for, if it is a been cross then they're learning treatment skill
