what the hell is this? an emergency room is the most important thing for a hospital! without ER this is not a hospital -_-
also why there are some items that are a lock? what the hell is this? mobile game? -_-
I want to love this game but these things drive me, crazy guys.
give as some opinions to change wall color or something, we need freedom, we need true sandbox guys

You unlock them with in game reward points. All they are, are decorative items. You don't have to unlock with reward points any treatment or diagnostic rooms.

Also if you mean ER to be an Operating Room, then you unlock Surgery in a later level.

What you're making in most levels is the ER.

The combo of reception, GP office and ward is basically an ER.

but as a reply said, all of it is in there. You get surgery late on the game also in Smogley, if that what "ERRR" is.

I'll re-iterate what others already stated. The objects that are locked can be unlocked with Kudosh which is an ingame currency you get for completing objectives, career goals and challenges.

As for "Without an E.R it's not a hospital!", this is not a realistic hospital simulation. I mean how many people have you ever see walking into a hospital with a lightbulb for a head? But do not panic, you do get all the rooms you need to build an E.R if you want to. Later on you'll get wards, operating rooms and all sorts of treatment rooms. You even get emergencies where you have to treat say 10 patients with a specific problem in a limited time. Sure, it's not the same as seeing a doctor breaking open someone's chest in centre stage and yelling "get me cardio now!" but again, this is not "E.R - The Game".

ah, A&E basically. I gotcha mate.

Yeah they have just split it up and havent called it either ER or A&E. I guess its things you find in A&E or ER (still finding the ER funny btw lol) like wards, operating theatres (surgery) etc.

Yesh, but it's kind of stupid to me, I want the ambulance to put them inside and then they'll need surgery and doctors and nurses will run inside or something like that
but instead, they just go inside the hospital like everything is alright
