Buy any extra buildings, even if you don't need the space. Put artwork everywhere, even behind objects which would otherwise hide it like bookcases or toilets. Remember to drop some radiators and plants in those empty buildings though as it will mess up your numbers otherwise.

Increase your attractiveness and spread it (make it green) all around your hospitals area. The more green the better.
Hospital Value is calculated heavily by ROI (return on investment). The easiest way to raise it, is to raise prices while the hospital is still flooded by all the people which are the attracted by lower prices.

How much money you have directly affects this. Bump up the prices and increase your profits to increase your money in the bank.

12 months profit is what mostly affects the hospital value.
So if you can go in profit every month for 12 months you will easily get a high hospital value.

How much money you got and how much your stuff is worth is secondary to the profit in hospital value.

I'm just back from dinner. So what I did was making everything green, adding more GP rooms and now my hospital value went from 3,8m to 1,8m.

I have over 15 + GP rooms and still they all have an indicator of 8 that the queue is too long. Does this affect anything? And why does it decrease?

Check for inefficiencies in your hospital. The problem is that the patients are off doing other things (looking for food/drinks, bathroom, running from ghosts) instead of being close to the offices. This leads to long wait times as your doctors do nothing but wait for the patient to return. Making more offices hardly helps because the patient is the problem, not the doctor.

A simple thing (that may require you to restructure your whole hospital depending on how bad it is) is to make sure that near every GP office is a: bathroom, source of food/drink, and a source of entertainment. Then make sure that your diagnosis rooms are near a GP office, as the typical patient will go to GP, get diagnosed, return to GP, and either repeat those last two steps until diagnosed, or go for treatment once they've been diagnosed.

After some trial and error. After trying to beat the 5 million value for Flemington. Here my take on it.

1. Staffing Micromanagement. Try not to have too much staff. Just have enough staff to manage everything with 1-3 extra to rotate between breaks. Specialise them e.g Train Doctors with only GP skill and assign them to only work on GP office. Then train Doctors the Treatment skill and assign them to do treatment and etc.

2. Once you have a surplus of cash, give a big discount for Diagnostic esp GP to gain happiness then jack up the price of treatment to make a big profit.

3. Micromanage the emergency. Build extra room if u need and hire extra staff if u have to. Tackling emergency give u good amount cash and extra cash = profit.

Edit; Almost forgot.. don't give to much raise to promoted staff unless fella is threatening to quit.

Lastly in late stage. plaster your rooms with gold awards as they are small and can spam to decorate the room to Lvl 5 prestige. Outstanding room improves staff mood without paying a raise.
