As far as I can tell so far I don't think you will see them in any actual rooms. But out in the corridors if you "pick up" and just drop the item again, under vending machines, plants, reception desk etc, you will see them scurry away. You then hover your mouse pointer over them (easier said then done LOL) and it will turn to a crosshair and you keep clicking to shoot them.

look for small black things crawling on the floors, have to shoot them with your self.

I think you might need to be fairly zoomed in to see them at all? I've never seen them zoomed out in working view.

they are worms crawling around, I ignore the quests for them as it takes so much attention to even spot them in a full hospital it is not worth the time or effort

Figured they were like rats from the last game going across the main halls but i never found one lol.

I see them from time to time but I always reject those quests. I'm too busy trying to run my hospital instead of hunting for those things. 8'D

They are similar as far as I have seen so far, but TPH won't let you shoot them on slower game speeds, whereas TH would let you slow the game down to target them far more easily. Makes sense why they did that.

yea they are Rats, if you wait patiently youll see 1 scutter across the corridors....sometimes if you pick up a food machine or similar youll get loads scutter out, just like theme hospital without the satisfation of a shooting sound a splatter and a slither of blood.

Well, you can shoot them but eyebrows on the run don't bleed.

Yeah, anytime I can't find any, just pick up some kind of vending machine.. typically 3 or 4 at least will scuttle out. lol

I had this mission once where I had no monobeasts. Think my hospital was too clean for them. Since that hospital though I see them a bit more regularly when my janitors aren't doing as well with multiple buildings

Maybe the monobeast start appearing after some monobrow patients die . I just ignore the missions and never bother looking for them.

Lift up things like vending machines or the reception desk, they'll scarper away looking for things to hide under.

Just pick up a full trash canister and sell it. Bugs go scattering. I havn't tried it with desks or room objects. The full trash can works though. I guess it was "punishment" for not waiting o n a janitor to clean it. You just sell the can and replace it and the trash meter doesn't refill. So they spawn bugs to stop you from "cheating"
