A way to change minimum diagnosis for treatment?
Been hunting through and cannot find the option. I have reasonable outfitting of the diagnosis rooms for the basis stuff, but is there no way to stop them from getting treatment until a minimum percent? Cannot find it anywhere.

Hmm i believe patients go to treatment only when it's like 90% diagnosis, if it's lower you will get prompted what to do (go to treatment anyway, send patient home etc.)

There is no way to set a minimum for treatment but...

One strategy is to make sure you have all the diagnostics rooms available to you. Meaning GP, psychiatrist, general diagnostics, ward, cardio etc. If a GP lacks the skill to get a good diagnosis he will refer the patient to the next relevant diagnostics room in the chain. If they can't figure it out he goes back to the GP. If he still can't figure it out they are sent to the next diagnostics room in the chain and so on and so on. Each time a bit of diagnostics is added to the overall score until it gets to the required level.

So to make things easier your GP's should be the best diagnostics skill doctors you have. Eventually you want every diagnostics room you have to be staffed by highly qualified diagnostic doctors.

Yeah, is what I am doing. I am thinking back to theme hospital where you had in the ol game two settings. A low point to just send home, or a minimum value to set treatment at. Oh well, I dont mind it at all this way, I was just thinking I missed something

Yeah the whole hospital policy screen is sadly missing. It would be nice to have it back. Maybe they'll add it again if people ask for it.

I would like to see this added as well. i have resigned to micromanaging the patients screen and sending them to treatment manually. unfortunatly i have to say its a bug. a lot of the patients are at 100% diagnosis but still have other appointments in GP's offices and such

I actually found a way to do this..

Open the award/finance/staff page (I do this by typically opening "Finance" and then "Overview")

Once on this menu, go to the "Policy" tab.

From here you can set the diagnostic threshold (default 90%) and a check-box to enable "fast-track treatment decision"

Hope this is what you were looking for, it took me long enough to find it too!
