That game no matter of the isometric view looks sick! I can't believe the detail it has and what looks like a ton of content and possibly complexity. I'll be buying it unless I hear about some broken mechanic.
Atari had the rights to Evil Genius locked up for years. Apparently earlier this year, those rights were released and EGII is at least a possibility.
i have lot of fun with this, you design rooms too, but not as an hospital but as a spacestation that can have an hospital too.

These are my absolute favorites (in that order). Not necessarily like TPH but they all have management/building aspects to them.
Another one for that list, Rimworld. Slightly different from those but definitely a timesink as there's so much to do.

I think he meant that he does not like that style of graphics, not that his computer can't handle it. A potato could handle that game.
