Project Hospital will be released on October 30th. It's a more serious hospital management sim if that's your cup of tea. It sounds interesting but the footage I've seen so far did not impress me. I'm not a fan of isometric games with no camera rotation and I'm also not a fan of the washed out 80's style graphics. At least not in modern day games. Still, if the actual management part of it is good it might be worth it.

Oldie but goodie is Evil Genius, you are essentially a bond villain who's carrying out acts of evil while building your secret lair.

Ooooh, now that is a game I hope TP Studios will redo as well. They said they plan on redoing many of the old Bullfrog classics.

As a few others have mentioned, it depends on what aspects of this game you enjoy in order to find something similar.

However, the games closest to TPH, based on the management, building, and humor would be one of the Tropico games or Evil Genius (very old game though).

Evil Genius could be an interesting remake for this company though, and just might fit in nicely with their ultimate goal of an entire Two Point region of inter-connected games.

Thanks everyone! Lots of good recommendations in here! I didnt like frostpunk (refunded) love rimworld and prison architect. Transport fever was to difficult with all the technicalities never really got into it. Also game dev tycoon was awesome! Will deffenitly try out the others!

Check out CorsixTH also. Their aim is to 100% recreate the original Theme Hospital but for modern platforms. They've even added a map and level editor so you can create your own ultimate sandbox!
