I can say from what I've played so far I love it. I love coming up with more efficient ways to get my patients cured. I love the humor in the game and the building mechanics are just simply satisfying. But to each their own.
How many pirates do you know of that helped each other?
Every game is repetitive at some point or other, hell life its self is repetitive but we don't complain or question the reasoning behind it. If you think the game is like that then don't bother playing it, or play it sparingly as to not burn the fun out of the game to quickly. For myself i never found Theme Hospital repetitive and so far i can say the same about this game, and in all honesty i can see my self sinking many hours into this game and still enjoying it. But then these are the kind of games i like to play, i'm sure if i wasn't that into it i would only play it for a short time and get bored like yourself.

Because stealing cartoon hospital games is living the life isn't it.
Saves me money so I can do more things in between payday. You dummy
Games/Movies/Music would be far cheaper if it was never pirated. Also there would be no such thing as DRM. So by pirating this game you help to push up the price on every other game being developed. So who's the dummy?
