What's the difference between normal & Golden toilet?

The descriptions for the toilets are essential the same, is there any reason to use the golden toilet above the other?

More prestigae on the gold toilet. Increase attractiveness of hospital etc and ultimately the hospital value

Be aware when you sign up to official site they require you to sign up to Sonic newsletters, you cannot get this game content without doing that.
