Mac and Two Point Hospital

Are you having issues playing Two Point Hospital on your Mac?

Yes. I can start the game, but once I open the first hospital the screen turns almost completely black. I can see all the menu-options but not the hospital itself, which is kind of vital to play the game XD

Yep. Black screen on launch. 2013 rMBP w/ GeForce GT 750M on high sierra, patched to current.

Incidentally, it plays great on Nvidia Geforce Now <sigh>

Same Here. Once I load the tutorial level, the screen is black except for faint blue outlines, and the constant flicker in and out of what should be hospital flooring. On a Macbook Pro.

I'm on the 15" 2018 MBP with 32 gb of RAM and the upgraded processor, and I've been fine. There was one period this afternoon when it was very laggy, but once I updated MacOS it resumed behaving.

I haven't experienced any problems. Runs smoothly on the highest graphic settings.

I am also getting the game loads but the hospital loads black and glitchy. Are they addressing it or do I ask for a refund?

Sorry that you're having issues on Mac! If you're able to update your OS, and try again, that may solve the problem.

Otherwise if you could head over to https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/requests/new
and Submit a Request we will investigate as soon as possible.

Make sure to include your system informormation (In steam, press 'Help' on the toolbar, then press 'System Information' and copy the info) and any saves, logs and crash dumps.

Played the first hospital to 3 Star without a bug, crash or so.
