What do you do with Kudosh?
It says I use it to unlock stuff but I see no menu to use it... I have like 6k.

Look in the item menu.....

Look at the item and room menus. Scroll down and you will see things to unlock

well go to the edit mode of one of your rooms go to items and scroll down the list you'll see items with little locks on them thats unlocked with kudosh

oh thats how you buy them :D I'm pretty far in and kept thinking they were mission rewards.

I haven't felt the need to buy anything with Kudosh yet. I was saving it up so if I ever needed to buy something, I could buy it right away. Five maps and 15 gold stars later, I'm sitting on 5,850 Kudosh, and still don't know what I want to spend it on, lol.

More plant variety! :D Instead of making your hospital look like a hemp farm. Oh wait, maybe that isn't a bad thing :D

The items I use the most from kudosh are:

a) gold certificates (get prestige 5 rooms by hanging them in most rooms)
b) luxury snacks/drinks (imo superior to regularly snacks/drinks due to happiness boost)
c) small air con/regular air con (on hot maps you actually don't get air conditioning by default)
d) coffee maker/sweet dispenser (I stick these in most rooms so staff refill their needs if there's a lull in patient flow)
e) anatomy model (easy way to get prestige 5 reception)
f) big fountain (if you use reception desk, stick one behind it to keep receptionist fairly happy)

I'm not saying they're necessary, just giving food for thought if you're looking to prioritize or buy items you'll actually use.
