How many levels?
Do we know how many levels are in the game?

Oh that's a solid amount.

I do wonder how much playtime I could from the game.

After 4 levels with 3/3 stars, i have 4 or 5 hours of playtime. So i think it could be about 20-30 hours.

Hmm... Seems weak for this price...
Especially since there is no sandbox mode.

It's €30. Isn't the "rule" €1/h of gameplay?

You will get varying answers about the length of the game no doubt. I have taken my time on the game and sometimes carried on playing the same level after three stars. I am on 9 hours and on hospital 3.

It's not a race :)

But I agree a sandbox would be nice tho :steamhappy:

well the hospitals dont close down, so one could argue that all levels are sandbox. just choose the layout you like most and play it for the next 20 years. no-one is prohibiting it...

haha way more than that. the first few levels go quick and then it gets to where levels can take 4 or 5 hours each to 3 star

To get 3 stars in all hospitals takes between 60 and 80 hours I would say depending on how you play...

I'm on hospital 12 with 3 stars in 1-11, and I've played 42 hours so far. Definitely spend longer on each subsequent level, the first 3 or 4 went quickly

And I agree, you can treat any hospital as a sandbox really, especially being able to unlock things in previous hospitals through research and stuff :)

Im on level 10 and have racked up 45 hours. Im not a hard core gamer and am playing it for the fun of the game not racing to complete.

It depends on how you play.
I have 3 hospitals 3 starts and one star at the fourth and have about 40h in the game.
I got first star really quick on all of them, but 3rd start took more time. It can be done faster, specially if you go to the next hospital to unlock stuff before coming back for the other two.
I also played a lot after the 3rd star, to make the hospital layout I wanted, and hire the right staff and training them. (coming back after unlocking it.)

All levels are "sandbox" after you finish them.
Take a look of what I did with mine:

The free space on the first hospital got a training room after that image.
My hospitals were not like that when I played the level, afterward you can arrange everything for your like. I thing it pretty fun. And that take a lot more hours than simply rushing for the stars.
You can easily spent more than 100 hours in this game depending on how you like playing it.

60hrs in so far and on 10th hospital. Duckworth-U-B slowed me down a little with the different style of game play.

There's at least 5 more hospitals to go based on the 45 gold star achievement.
