Is this game a 'Theme Hospital' ripoff?

Its not a ripoff, its actually made by the same development team but different name. So its actually Theme hospital 2.

LOL idk where u heard that but the guys who made the development team "Bullfrog" the original people who made Theme hospital, are the same people as this one just different name.

Nothing in common? Come on, when I first saw the game, I thought this was a remastered version of Theme Hospital.

It's the spiritual successor to theme hospital with several original Bullfrog devs on staff. Personally I still play theme hospital and this is everything I wanted so far ( level 2 with level 1 at 3 stars ) - the humour is intact, the sim is similar and they just streamlined the mid 90s clunky sim interface

Yeah sorry,kinda realised from the replies I got my sarcasm wasnt clear enough. Should of finished with a /sarcasm. Figured the replies before me gave a good enough answer already. Yes its pretty much Theme Hospital 2 but I believe for legal reasons couldnt be called that.
