Won't clean up vomit?

I have janitors who won't clean up vomit on the floor. Even if I pick them up and hover them over the spill, they only slip in it and get the injured debuff. They cleaned up the other spills, just not this one. Patients and staff only slip in it. When hovering the janitor near it, I never get the tool tip to Clean Up Vomit. This problem only showed up after the patch. that I've noticed. It's only one spill also, they cleaned up the other piles of "medical waste" that were there. Any ideas?

I also had this. Nothing could clean them up.
If you put something on top, like bins - vomit will just move to some random empty place.
So I just moved them into a corner and surrounded by cactuses)

Same problem here on Rotting Hill ....

Rotting Hill for me too. I've just restarted that level in my second playthrough, almost right away the same thing happens. Often it's multiple spots of vomit on top of each other. I'm pretty finicky about the hospital being in good order, this is messing with me something proper!

It is a known bug. I read somewhere that the devs are working on it..

It's now december and it's still a problem. Not sure if I want to play anymore until it's fixed because the vomit not being cleaned up is inhibiting my ability to finnish the level.

Bug still present - stopping me getting to 3 stars in Blighton, since hygiene cannot reach the required 90% without it. Please, please, the game is now released - please fix this infuriating bug!
