If you still got your copy of Theme Hospital you can use CorsixTH to play it on a modern System.
CorsixTH aims to re-implement the game engine of Theme Hospital, and be able to load the original game data files. This means that you will need a purchased copy of Theme Hospital, or a copy of the demo, in order to use CorsixTH. After most of the original engine has been re-implemented in open source code, the project will serve as a base from which extensions and improvements to the original game can be made.

Also I'd very much like Evil Genius 2 at this point in time.

Also thank you very much for mentioning evil genius, I didn't get to play the original but the premise looks good, looking forward for its sequel. Props to you all for your comments and to the creators of this content,

You might also want to look into editing the population.ini file so you're not limited to 100 minions total. There's guides online for doing so if you google it.
