Thanks! I listened to hundreds of tracks just to pick a handful of the right ones, and then trimmed some of the songs as well. But worth the effort! I'm glad you enjoy it.

one thing i gotta know though: is Candy Floss still around and sound good? it just is not a Hospital Management Sim without the most ridiculous and out-of-place song somewhere in the OST.

For me personally, the "missing" tracks are Sixes and Sevens, and Night Shift. I just couldn't find a satisfactory remix for either. Luckily though, both have a quality remaster by
Krytie2X4B as well!

Yes, all you need to do is subscribe to the music pack. It's then in your game and your playlist.

If you have any problems, go to the game's Settings menu. Under Audio there's an Edit button which lets you manage playlists. Here you can turn packs on or off, or individual tracks on or off, and preview tracks.
