Overgrowth glitch??

I've got all the plots in overgrowth, but it hasn't opened Symbiosis - is it a glitch or is there a hidden plot of land somewhere??

s'ok, I went though it again with a fine toothed comb and hadn't got plot 7, which was about the size of the tent it was sitting on!!!!
