How to make all patients use all reception desks?

For some reason patients are being stuck using one of the 4 reception desks and it is now at 83 people waiting in line to get them checked in at the reception desk while all are aiming to a single reception, even though I have 4. What can I do?

I had similar issue once, I turned out to be path to reception desk is blocked for some reason. My reception desk was placed too close a wall or other objects. I moved it a bit and it stated working. In general path-finding is not the best in this game.

In later game you can build more advanced reception desks, they are build from the rooms build menu.

I would demolish doctor's room in top right corner and move toilets there, then I would put reception desks in the center. Also I would limit the number of entertainment items you have, they kinda block path.
