GPs sending most patients to MEGA scan
Ive never used the M.E.G.A scan before. So I put one in a hospital Ive already got 3 stars in (Smogley). And now it seems like my other diagnosis rooms arent being used at all and it just constantly has a 15+ line. Is there a way to make the GPs use ALL my rooms?

From memory the GP will send the patients to the room that they feel will give the best results based on their own experience. Which other diagnosis rooms are you using?

I have all of them. And almost all the treatment rooms because smogley seems to give a big variaty of illnesses.

It might be worth seeing what the skill level and skills are for the GP in that case.

An experienced GP sends patients to the diagnosis room that will add the most diagnosis power, and in pretty much all cases that means the Mega Scan. Which is not good, because the Mega Scan is very slow, expensive to build, and expensive to run (it requires a Doctor, not a cheaper Nurse). This is why I never use X-Rays or Mega Scans - slow, uneconomical, and absorbs all the patients away from better options.

If you are going to use Mega Scans, I would suggest going with a 100% Mega Scan setup, because this will indeed be a problem. Four Mega Scans are usually sufficient, plus maybe a diagnosis Ward. (This assumes your GPs are also running efficiently.)

I remain of the opinion a pure Nurse room diagnosis setup will be better, though. (Feel free to disagree.)

Depends on the hospital and the illnesses it possess

To the OPs question, MSI scan (MEGA scan in game) is better for diagnosing patients of certain types (linked a good guide below). If you have large queues, just double up. Its good for smogley to have MSI rooms for diagnosis as they have a lot of surgery patients if I remember correctly.

Also there are wonderful playthroughs on youtube and guides on steam which help out a bunch. I watched YT Blara and Geekism the most at the beginning of the release (and prior) of the game. Plus reading through guides such as Frieya's Illnesses guide proved very helpful to me and is the basis of my help in the above links. Plus over 200 hours play :)

Thanks so much for the replies. I will do some reading and until then on my smaller hospitals im just going to stick to nurse diagnosis rooms.
