weird mask on the sanctuary?

Hi on the second map I complete a "puzzle" with some bongs, and the rewards was a yellow hollow knight looking mask? this thing whatever it is, is on the sanctuary now, my question is what the hell is that?

I cant find information anywhere about that, I normally don't ask this stuff but I just have no clue on what this is.

they provide additional bonuses. idk what about the third and the fourth ones, but the first mask reduces the cost of all the upgrades from the upgrade tree. and the second one increases charged hit damage and range.

My first one got me 20% reduced dmagfe form environment and immune to winds.

They provide bonuses in the skill tree. Collect em all for something cool.

there's this long vertical room in western zone, masks have also something to do with it :P
