Eldritch edition Right area gong Puzzle help (Spoilers)
Does anybody know what the heck you're supposed to do here? i went throught the rifts and hit all the gongs but only some of them "tethered" to the center i've gone all around the area and tried everything i can think of, I can't find anything telling me what im supposed to be doing please help

Ringing with pulsing visual, but no tether. I thought it might have to be that they were hit in a certain order, since lower left and middle right registered AFTER I hit the upper right gong, but lower right and upper left have the "ringing" animation, but no tether, no matter how many times I bounce back and forth hitting them.

Edit: On reload, they have no ringing animation and can be hit again, but behave the same way, with ringing pulse but no tether. Verifying cache and will report back.

Edit 2: Verified game cache, relaunched the game, and got like... a dozen achievements all at once. Something weird was going on. Ran back up to the Hall of the Bells, managed to activate the upper-left gong now, but lower right still will not tether. Reloaded a couple more times just to check. That last gong is stubbornly not working.

Thanks for trying. The achievements was due to us accidentally deactivating them. We re-enabled them and you got the retroactively. This gong issue is really bothering me. From those of you that get it it seems to happen at a relatively high rate, yet we cannot reproduce it on our side. If you are setup for it, could you perhaps record yourself going from launching the game to hitting the stubborn gong? Maybe we could see something we are missing in our searches.

When you retry, make sure to relaunch the game, not just reload the level. Some game elements are not cleaned out by going to the main menu.

It has been happening sporadically to certain players, we have yet to figure out what the issue is...but if you want me to help you progress: send me your save_game.sav to support@thunderlotusgames.com and I will be sure to hit that gong for you!

Same here. First I thought it might have something to do with kind of story path progressed (I am doing resist path now). So, I loaded embrace path save before the finale but bug was still there: 2 gongs make no visual connection to the altar gates at the center (they only ring properly).

I sent the game save your way. I'm not set up for video recording, but I'll look into it, at least.

Same thing on the last Bell top right on PS4 version. There is something i can do?

Hi! The bug is quite erratic (or at least it seems so from reports). It is not tied to a console or a patch. What you can do is restart the game (as in close it completely) and try again.

I just kept restarting the game and verifying the integrity of the game files, third time of doing this i hit the gong and it worked (the gong that wasnt activating for me was the upper left one). I also changed the resolution of the game before the third try, but thats most likely a coincidence and wont help with fixing the bug. So just keep doing what i did until it works i guess.

Tried beta , still doesnt work. Mine is bottom one that dosnt work.

No-go on beta gong fix here either. Not related to choices in game, either, as it's happening on a second playthrough. My first run was Resist-Easy, but it's happening the exact same way on a Submit-Normal run.

Tried it today and it worked. Dont know what was the cause. I tried 2-3 times yesterday after installing beta but didnt worked. Now it did.

We just pushed a patch to the gong-fix branch!
