Corrupted treasures spawning in inaccessible locatons

I've run into quite a few cases of Corrupted Treasures spawning in inaccessible locatons - i.e., surrounded on all sides by impassable terrain. Normally this isn't a big deal, as you can still hit them with ranged attacks, and shards/elixirs/ammo will gravitate to you if you just get close enough. However, on the rare occasion that a Corrupted Treasure spawns a Perk, the Perk is impossible to collect, as Perks aren't drawn to the player character. See the attached screenshot for an example:

Yes this chest was placed there with the intention to be broken with the gun. All was fine until a week before launch we decided there should be more perks dropping and added them to the normal chest loot table.

This is an edge case we didn't see until too late. What will probably happen is I will make the perks be magnetizable after a short while to prevent this from happening.
