GOG release possible?

I know the dev is banned from doing more steam releases and updates, but how about a GOG release? Dunno how to reach out to the dev about it tho.

The game is available on Gum Road. The most recent patch is available for free, also.

GOG doesn't seem to want us to publish there. We've tried to submit it recently, with no response.
