How do you prestige?

I'm aware you need to have a gladiator at 250 all stats, and I have one who has them all at 250 at the moment. However, I keep reading online that I need some sort of Praesidio to do the actual prestiges. But I can't find a single bit of information about how you actually get the Praesidio or if I'm missing some integral step to prestige. I can't build the hall of heroes either, it says I need the Praesidio. I have a ton of gold and a gladiator at 250 each stat, but the Praesidio does not appear among possible staff I can hire. What do I do?

You have to select the gladiator you want to prestige, one that has 250 in all stats. While the praesidio is active you get a new button on the gladiator screen that reads "Prestige". You then wait a bit and he will train them. You have to train their new stats manually though once prestiged as far as I can tell.

Ok i got two gladiators to Prestige and some levels in the skills. What are they suppost to fight? they can easlyly mop the floor with 15 enemys. Are there any stronger enemys i'm missing in endless?

Yeah the AI should also have prestiged gladiators. I also find it's kind of weird. You either mop the floor with 15 enemy gladiators with one prestige, or you run into a prestige who has slightly better numbers and completely obliterates yours. And you can usually immediately know who will win. The first fight I had with my prestige was against one who had 10 million health (right after prestiging!). It's ridiculous. But that's what you get from a beta.
