Just STFU!!!
Jupiter's c o c k! On each gladiator's stat page there are sliders to adjust training of his stats. Slide the last slider(meditate?) all the way to 100 and that gladiator will train his AI skill to 100 pretty quick. Then you can slide it all the way down and adjust the other slides to your liking. Good luck
1st train all glads to 100 meditate.
Murmilla: high aggro, med evasive, and low as possible turtle.
Θ Train only high strength, med weapon, and agility a little less than weapon
Thraex: low aggro, med evasive, and high turtle; also, even turtle and evasive works.
Θ Train strength and agility equaily high, then the rest to weapon
Retiarius: low aggro, med/high evasive, and med/high turtle
Θ Train low strength, med weapon, high agility
Also, try to avoid gladiators below 150.
