Buying all skills reward broken?

I bought all skills, but the NPC trainers still tell me to do the tasks on the Skills screen. Also the crocodile NPC was at one point at the bridge of Isla, but now he's back to his normal area. There's still a NPC that refers to him in Isla, though.

(This is actually on PS4, but if it's an issue it might affect all versions, and easier to get attention from devs here)

Trainers telling you to get the skills after acquiring all of them seems to be normal. Not sure about Croc bouncing around, thought that was reserved for Flame Head.

Dialog seemed to indicate all trainers would gather at the bridge in Isla after you'd completed all skill trees, though.

They were gathered there for me even before I finished the trees.

They never gathered for me, only ever saw the crocodile there. Sounds like a bug then.
