you should fix the bugs, not to relase the DLCs. I cannot get a lot of Achievements coz of bugs.

This was most likely finished before the game even launched so it makes no difference in that regard.

Explains why the game is a bug filled mess and why it STILL TO THIS DAY DOESN'T EVEN START A NEW GAME. Cause instead of finishing the game before release they were already making DLC before completing the game. Like many others in this forum already said, fix the damn game first before dropping dlcs, wtf?

From what i gathered this dlc was just locked content and they are just unlocking it, which i don't understand why when it should of been in the game on day one

Everyone has been so cynical on every new game release since after August 2021 because they got so butt-hurt from Cyberpunk. No i got butt hurt from shadows of war when it released way back when, thank you very much :P I got the black strain game breaking bug. My hype was through the roof with that game and since then i tempered my expectations but elden ring is getting me hopeful.

Everyone's been cynical, because people encountered progress blocking bugs like me, and they release free dlcs instead of fixing the main quest blockers, thanks for nothing at the price tag of 60$. I know there are different departments for the development team, but i got no reply when i ask for help on the support ticket, on steam, or other social media platforms where i wrote about my problem. There shouldn't be excuses anymore for unfinished products at 60-100$ price range.

according to techlands twitter back in april, there's only around 400 employees at techland lets assume 340 people worked on the game (that's my estimate from the credits) only about 200 worked on programming and they had 30 QA testers, Techland is not a big company that can afford to hire dozens of QA tester, simply put the best way to find bugs and still produce a good game is to let the hundreds of thousands of players, find the bugs techland can't

Which is understandable and more people should email them with a list of bugs they ran into.
However my issue being making the players the unpaid bug testers,We paid for a product which should of been a fully working one because i can't think of another industry in where they sell a defected product day one they would get sued or the product would be recalled.

My baseline is if you pay you should get a working product but that does not mean you should go in and buy a product without doing any research, The bugs are well within >MY< exceptions because i did go out of my way to check it.

this is the way in the gaming industry, always has been simply because it's impossible to find every possible bug and test how games will react with how many different combinations of hardware and software there is.
but yes you should never buy something without research first

to make sure people stay hooked, and hyped...not sure that would do it though.

ofc. its bugged and ofc, I agree. but compare to other new games, dying light 2 actually doing good, and they even show they are working on bugs and comming up bugged they are fixing or release patches that fixed the bugs that they showing they are fixing, maybe I'm wrong or right, but atleast its not freaking worse than battlefield 2042, a hole franchise I been playing for a long time and now is dissapointing to me, but dying light 2 is good ofc, they need to fix some things here and there, but atleast they fixing there bugs unlike BF 2042.
