The 50 series has lots of issues with DL. There are a bunch of threads you can search for with some troubleshooting tips.

Make sure you are using the latest available driver as nvidia is releasing several fixes for 50 series with each update.

If that's already the case then just don't use frame gen or wait for the game to update as well.

same here. other games like indiana jones and rivals i dont have this issue.
