Can't buy the scorpio weapon from Jai

Hi so after getting my rank with Jai to rank 11 and trying to buy the scorpio ,,weapon pack'' from him the game shows me that I don't have space for this item even though I wiped my inventory clean after seeing it for the first time - somebody knows how to turn this off or just buy this weapon ?

Removing Ammo doesn't work for me. I have the tokens, I have the level, it lets me use the buying functions, but when done, nothing goes to my inventory at all.

Maybe it goes to your cache ? I mean the thing where you can stuff your gear in

I did check that, but I dont even get a notification that the item has been purchased from Jai at all :/
