I've been fiddling, might have found things to mitigate the uneven framepacing in DX11? not sure yet, there's so many settings I've tweaked, like I've tweaked Nvidia Profile Inspector stuff when I got the game, just standard stuff, then I tweaked the "C:\Users\----\Documents\dying light 2\out\settings\video.scr" file, also made the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dying Light 2\ph\work\bin\x64\DyingLightGame_x64_rwdi.exe" run as an administrator (I had "disable fullscreen optimizations" ticked, but unticking that actually seemed to help, so leave default unticked?)
I have an older Nvidia driver (546.33)
This is my video scr file (the relevant stuff anyway):
Also, I have this:
https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/738
(the files inside the same folder with the dyinglight 2 executable)

.... So, maybe worth testing out?
