How to get rid of the shadowhunters?

I want to kill the GRE Anomaly in Trinity, but after a few seconds a shadown hunter joins the match they are so strong! My only option is to run away. Is there anything i can do against the shadowhunters? In DL1 i can use an uv lamp, but i don't have one here

Its one of the nightrunners tools and is locked behind the story progression. Not sure how far in the game are the UV sticks unlocked, but you need them. That whole "locking-up" is made so you need to do tons of back tracking after every unlock. At some point you will just throw your toys on the ground and will just do the damn story to the end, because its just enragingly bad when you need that extra 1% that is held hostage behind whatever story "wall".

A side note to the "getting rid of the volatiles" - you can not scare them away. They run away once the day time is on. Those are just torpedoes that charge at you no matter what, viral 2.0. Uv light just "blocks" their pattern of chase-attack-tackle.

Yea you need to get significantly into the story to get it.
