♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 1.19.2 update (solved)

Can someone explain me how i can come back to 1.19.1 version please ?
Because i cant play anymore now :(

i did it and they said my files are corupted (very strange because before their 1.19.2 my files arent corrupted and game worked fine). On ticket they suggest me start a new game on clean slot, i did it but nothing change game always crash and when i try resend another ticket the form block me because they ask me give my real "Steam pseudo" to validate the form what i've refuse this because it break my privacy and i cant say them no change

I'm not very experienced (dont blame me) where i found "client" ? all my drivers and software are on auto update I've try too to erase all files on .../documents/user/dying light 2/out. i tryed too come back on DX11 in place my DX12, but nothing help me The game crash after showing me main menu when i play continue button he will try load something then froze the anim "load" and crash. :(

I haven't been able to play this game at all , first time it said corrupt files , then would not fix them , so i deleted and re installed , now files show ok , but i'm stuck on a black screen after the intro movie. I sent a ticket.

Many of us have got into the habit of clicking on the shortcut on our desktop to start the game.
Next time no need to re-install the whole game:
go to your steam game library
right-click on DL2, then click on installed files
and finally click check the integrity of the files Steam correct or reinstall only corrupted files

This problem of corruped files (experienced by many of us) appeared at the same time as 1.19.2.
Stranger than coincidence, isn't it?

Yea i had just downloaded the game after the update, took me a couple days of trying to get it working , but eventually i installed on an external drive , seems to be working now.
